PPGED-UFV PhD student takes office as General Coordinator for the Defense of Children and Adolescents.

The doctoral student of the Postgraduate Program in Social Service-PPGPS-UFV, Denise Andréia de Oliveira Avelino, took office in Brasília, on 01/22/2020, in the position of General Coordinator of Defense of Children and Adolescents of the Department of Confronting Violations of the Rights of Children and Adolescents, from the National Secretariat for the Rights of Children and Adolescents of the Ministry of Women, Family and Human Rights. This Coordination has the scope of articulating and strengthening the Program for the Protection of Adolescents Threatened with Death; actions to prevent and combat sexual abuse and exploitation; combating child labor and child trafficking.
